Ugee pen not responding. I've just now reinstalled the latest drivers (latest on ugee website was a few weeks ago) but paint tool sai still won't work. I have tried contacting ugee by mail but no response even though they have a 24/hr window of response, and their method of email is confusing. I've tried calibrating the pen, but it didn't work. I cannot access any pen calibration settings. I plugged it in today and it flashed once quickly and then there were no more lights .
